Welcome to the true moment of " Visit south kalimantan 2009 " . Beginning 2009 there is a happy news for south kalimantan's citizen especially for tourism businessman why because this year the province government through Culture, art and tourism department launch program named " Visit south kalimantan 2009 " where it is semilar with Visit south Kalimantan 2008.

There will be lots of events that will be shown along this year to support this program all over the city and regency in this province, generally the event will be held in one of the famous tourist object in the area. Privatly to appreciate the program through this blog I would like to participate with showing and packaged some tourist destination that sold to visitor as tour program.

We do not sell with highest rate and just arrange with it and selling it with promo rate or with some special discount, as local citizen I have to promote it and will invite lots of foreigner to come. Day01 : Airport – Hotel in Banjarmasin (D)

Upon your arrival at Syamsuddinnoor airport Banjarbaru, meeting service with your guide and directly drive to Hotel in Banjarmasin, check in hotel and then take a relax. Dinner will be provided at local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

Day02 : Floating Market – Hotel – Transfer out (B)

Early morning at 05.30a.m, boating by using traditional boat (kelotok) visiting t he Floating Market in Barito River to see the traditional market by using small traditional canoe called “Jukung” where we will watch the trade activities that held on boat. They sell vegetables, fruits and home equivement. In this market we can take a pictures and buy some local cake at floating stall/cafe called “ Rombong”. At 08.30a.m return to hotel for breakfast and check out hotel. Then your guide will transfer you to the airport. End tour.

Upon your arrival at syamsuddinnor airport, meeting service with your guide and directly to cempaka village to see the semi traditional diamond mine activities to find precious and semi precious stone, then continued to sei paring to see the proceed of diamond and its outlet. Lunch will be provided at local restourant. after that drive to Cahaya Bumi Selamat Market (Martapura market) to buy some soevenir of diamond, pricious and semi precious stones, jewellry, handycraft and so on even you can buy south kalimantan batik shirt called “ Sasirangan “. Afternoon back to hotel. Take a rest and Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

Day02 : Hotel – Transfer out (B)

After breakfast at hotel then at 7.00a.m driving to boat harbour in sei lulut to start for Lokbaintan Floating Market in Martapura river, to see the traditional market by using small traditional canoe called “Jukung” where we will watch the trade activities that held on boat. They sell vegetables, fruits and home equivement. In this market you can see the trader use the big hat called “ Tanggui “ to cover their body from the sunrise. Then return to boat harbour to drive for Sasirangan Home Industry ( to see the processing of Sasirangan Shirt ), after that continued to cempaka village to see the semi traditional activities to find the precious and semi precious stone, then continue to sei paring to see the Diamond polishing and outlet, lunch will be provided at local restaurant, after that drive to Cahaya Bumi Selamat Market (Martapura market) to buy some soevenir of diamond, pricious and semi precious stones, jewellry, handycraft and so on even you can buy south kalimantan batik shirt called “ Sasirangan “. 03D/02N BAMBOO RAFTING & WATER BUFFALO TOUR

Itinerary :

Day01 : Airport – Loksado ( L, D).

Upon your arriving at Syamsuddinnoor airport banjarbaru, meeting service with your guide and directly goes to Amandit Lodge in loksado area, it takes about 4 hours drive from the airport. Afternoon start walking on the hill to visit the Dayak house called “ Balai Malaris “. Return to the lodge dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day02 : Bamboo Rafting – Negara Regency – Banjarmasin (B,L,D)

After breakfast with your guide’s cook, the having fun with Bamboo rafting on Amandit river to Amandit lodge, then check out the lodge and driving to Negara regency to see the Iron smith and Jar home industry. Lunch will be provided at local restaurant. Afternoon by using kelotok boat we visit the livestock of water buffalo (here we can see the buffalo on the swamp area where the herd of cattle are drive to their livestock by herdsman), return to Banjarmasin, check in, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day03 : Floating Market – Hotel – Transfer out (B)
